VICTORIA — The 2023 Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA) Awards celebrated the best individuals and companies in the sector last month.
“The VICA awards are a symbol of pride as we showcase and celebrate the contributions and achievements of VICA member companies. The crop of this year’s awards reaffirms that Vancouver Island is home to some of British Columbia’s most competent, detail-focused and dedicated construction companies,” said VICA CEO Rory Kulmala in a news release.
